Bupa Global has announced the appointment of Alison Massey as the new General Manager for its Asia region. Drawing on more than two decades of expertise in International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) strategy and business development, Alison will spearhead the company’s strategic growth and customer-focused innovation across Asia.
Her accomplished background includes a series of transformative leadership roles, most recently as Global Head of Health at HSBC, where she directed customer innovation and development strategies worldwide and across key Asian markets.

In this new role, Alison will be responsible for the strategic direction and commercial performance of Bupa Global across Asia including Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia markets. Her primary focus will be strengthening our customer value proposition by advancing digital transformation and delivering premium health and wellbeing solutions to clients throughout the region.
